Couldn't locate anything helpful—maybe your ISP could assist? I generally dislike equipment from ISPs because it's often customized e-waste with little transparency online. Even standard items can be disabled by turning off the web interface (my ISP does this with the cable modem they supply).

I had to purchase that one, but the ISP didn't offer anything with external GSM antennas. I received a USB stick from them instead.

Checked for the USB stick and Synology RT2600 AC via its USB port. The router supports bandwidth control per device, which is useful. It’s a handy feature even though I don’t use it myself. The main issue is that many LTE gateways are restricted by their ISP.

I connect an external antenna to a cable linked with the LTE router, while my USB stick modem lacks an antenna connection.

I didn't mention antenna ports on the USB stick, but it's clear it would be simpler to use. Many routers support LTE through USB, which makes setup easier. These LTE gateways are limited, and you probably won't be able to handle double NAT properly. I hope you're not planning to play games or host servers, as that could be very challenging with the configuration you're considering.
