Is the PSU the issue then? I haven’t enabled overclocking and all BIOS settings are set to defaults. The power cord labeled with the CPU shows 12V—could that be the cause? Don’t assume there are other cords; maybe just a replacement PSU is needed.

New MSI Z390 MB with i5 processor still faces boot problems. BSOD appears regardless of boot method—whether using a bootable USB or Flash drive, I encounter a frozen loading screen. I’m considering replacing the RAM to check if it resolves the issue (current setup: 4 x 16 GB Corsair Vengance DDR4 2400).
