The system keeps showing a blue screen and failing to load properly. Turning it off doesn’t help, and plugging it back in restores the old Windows version. Please assist further.

During this procedure a mistake was made by a driver. If you can't locate someone to discuss it face-to-face, the quickest solution is to reset and reinstall. We typically recommend this when you're ready to proceed with version 11, as it helps avoid issues like this.

You can reset your system by deleting all files and folders, then reinstalling it from a clean backup or source.

Start your installation by booting from the WIN USB. Navigate through the options until you select the desired installation disk. It’s simple since you only have a single storage device; remove all partitions from the drive. Remember, this action will erase everything on the drive. You’ll see one drive listing, click it and proceed to Next.
