I assumed an AC power failure. Were there any other issues at home? It might be a PSU problem, but if it only occurred once I don’t need to be concerned yet.

Verify your BIOS configurations which include an 'AC Powerloss' option. Certain entries may trigger a boot into the BIOS following a power failure. You typically have the ability to disable these, restart to Windows, or follow the specific path in your system to BIOS.
