Hello, it took me some time to fine-tune my BIOS for stable performance and overclocking, and I saved it as a profile. I noticed Asus has released a new BIOS update, so reloading it after the update should work properly. Should I proceed with the update or start fresh?... Thanks.

I mean unless you absolutely need to there's no reason to update the bios. If you do however as long as your profile carries over it should work just fine depending on what they updated with the new version. Best option is to just not update or to update and just redo your overclocks. I can't imagine though the bios update would change anything drastic pertaining to any settings for overclocking.

I don’t speak for Asus, but Gigabyte stores bios versions in the profile, which means updates might not work properly. I often snap a picture of each page in bios before applying changes.
