Hello, I have a Zotac GeForce 1070ti GPU and an Intel 7th gen I7700K processor. I’m considering upgrading my motherboard and CPU, as well as increasing RAM from 16 to 32 GB. My goal is to upgrade to an Intel i9 9900K. I expect performance limitations with the graphics card but want to know how severe they are. Will this upgrade make a difference or won’t it deliver any benefits? Thanks!

For gaming, the 9900K offers little improvement over the 7700K. Upgrade the 7700K and keep using it for another generation. Performance is now hitting 5GHz+ levels, and the 7700K can coexist with the 9900K (or any of them) at that speed. In my opinion, it's not worth upgrading just for gaming, especially if you're concerned about bottlenecks.
