Had an authenticator linked to my account, but it was lost. They requested my address and game keys—no issues there. However, I can't log in to reply to the support ticket since I don’t have an authenticator. Please help me.
Consider reaching out through phone or email. If that involves two-factor authentication, you may need to verify your identity before proceeding. You can also respond directly to the email they sent you.
It's surprising how much this affects me. I've had to reclaim my account too, and I just sent an email and stayed in touch that way. I've also reached out to Blizzard a few times recently to make sure my contact info was correct, etc.
It's worth noting that with two-factor authentication enabled, you can still access your account via alternative methods like SMS or email.
