Use a Windows installation for your AMD PC, extract the data from the other drive, and skip re-running the old setup.

Start your AMD system and link the SATA HDD port (ensure power is connected). No need for an Optane drive. If the drive isn't recognized, it might be faulty. Have you attempted to boot a dead PC without drivers? Verify the power button isn't obstructing the connection.
