You're using the Asus GL503-VD and have reinstalled Windows 10 along with a saved Windows.old folder. All your programs, including ROG Gaming Center, are missing. Can you try recovering them from the Windows.old folder?

It's better to install the programs manually instead of trying to recover them, because if you just copy and paste them, they won't appear in the registry. However, you can still get them back from Windows.old.
