I can't create a Live CD for Manjaro (Gnome) because I need to purchase a DVD disk. Also, placing the ISO onto a USB stick doesn’t appear to work. I understand you’re aware of using bcdedit to restore Grub, but I don’t have any guidance on how to proceed with that step.
Not sure, but creating a bootable USB with Rufus usually requires DD mode. I remember having that problem with Manjaro.
This solution resolved both the USB stick and grub problems. Thank you for your feedback.
