Hello, I had to restore my PC and back everything before it started having problems. After resetting it, I waited for the reset process but noticed it didn’t open the normal Windows login screen. Instead, it tried to use my old account with the Zelda background, which was unusual. When I entered the pin, I received a message saying "user can't be logged in." I’ve tried troubleshooting steps—booting from a USB with a media tool, using Safe Boot, and even re-wiping the system—but nothing worked. Anyone have any suggestions on what might have gone wrong or how to recover?
Regardless of how many times I clear or reset the drives, the user keeps showing up as the login and then I receive the error message.
