The latest Windows update called "Creators Update" offers a fresh start option. It lets you choose which drive you want to reinstall Windows on.

It lets you choose that option. After selecting "Keep my files," make sure to pick "Custom" or "Advanced" during setup so you can see drive/partition details. If not, revert to "Remove everything" for full access, though this means restarting the system.

I saved nearly all my files to the USB drive, making it easy to delete or reinstall without issues.

When needed, proceed with that option. I’ve consistently preferred tidy installations because they’re simpler to manage. In the drive and partition configurations within the installer, erase all partitions on the desired boot drive entirely.
