Restarting Windows 64-bit version again
Some of your software should remain functional without needing a full reinstall. However, be prepared: The program won’t have a shortcut in the Start menu (or desktop if you prefer), so you’ll have to recreate it. No entry will appear in the Program & Feature panel when trying to uninstall it, since it isn’t installed. Your settings will be lost because they’re saved in the registry or within the C:\Users\<username>\AppData folder. The rest of the application won’t work properly and may stop running entirely—consider removing them and reinstalling correctly.
