Restarting the Surface laptop.
I received a Surface Laptop 3 from a closed business auction. It seems heavily secured and resetting it is more complicated than before. A direct boot triggers a 0x0000034 error. Entering UEFI BIOS displays "Some settings are managed by your organization"... Security Page shows the UEFI password field grayed out and Secure Boot configuration options hidden. The Boot Configuration page lists three boot methods—Internal Storage, USB Storage, and PXE Network—but "Enable Boot from USB Devices" is disabled. The Management page lists the company name and Microsoft Intune as the managing entity, with options like "Refresh from Network" pointing to dfci.dds.microsoft.com. The Management page also offers "Refresh from USB" and "Management Recovery," but none seem useful. Has anyone handled this situation before? Do you have any suggestions on how to proceed? P.S.
