Someone knows what might be causing your motherboard to power cycle repeatedly. It shows red, yellow, and a flashing red during reboot. You've checked the pins, RAM, PSU, and CPU connections—your setup is a Z690 TUF gaming board with Wi-Fi 6.

I’ve got everything set up, even though it’s using my test kit, the G6900, and slow RAM. It functions. The board powers on without the CPU. As soon as I connect it, it begins booting and then restarts.

Are there issues with the pins in the socket?

Yup only a few were present, and they match exactly... Did they try another component? Anyone know the LGA1700 wiring?
