I switched from Intel to Ryzen, and my new setup includes a motherboard from Asus Prime X570 Pro. The CPU is a Ryzen 5900X, paired with an Msi 1060 graphics card. I have 6GB of RAM, a Ballistix 3600 chipset, a 2x8 power supply, and a Corsair RM750X.

Is the BIOS current to the newest version? Have you adjusted any settings? Are XMP/DOCP activated for RAM? Turn them off since they function similarly to overclocking. Test the memory at 2133MHz or 2400MHz and observe if problems persist. Also, monitor temperatures of the CPU and graphics card—check idle and load conditions using HWiNFO64. Run 3D Mark and perform Timespy and Timespy Stress Tests; analyze results for recurring crashes.

Bios is current, DOCP is turned off, and I previously had 2400MHz RAM before the problem occurred.

Check the second paragraph of your prior message regarding the temperatures. If that works, the next step is to eliminate potential issues with the power supply. Typically, random shutdowns and restarts when under heavy load are linked to temperature or power problems.

I'm slowly downloading 3DMark now; it's taking a while. Upgrading the PSU should solve any problems.
