Restarting During Setup Switching back and forth while installing.
During the installation of Windows 10, my monitor shut down at 25% completion and I can't turn it back on. I unplugged and plugged in the DVI and power again, changed the DVI from GPU to motherboard, but nothing worked. Previously, I resolved this by restarting my PC. I left the system running for about an hour and a half so it could finish installing. Is it safe to restart now, or might this cause issues? I'm not completely sure what's happening right now.
