Your iPhone 6s seems to be stuck after setup, with the Apple logo appearing and then restarting to that logo. A reboot might resolve the issue, but proceed with caution—ensure your data is backed up before trying any changes.

You have limited options. Proceed with rebooting, then enter recovery mode and perform an iTunes-installed iOS reinstall.

Link your iPhone to a PC using iTunes, press the home and side buttons together (sleep button) until the Apple logo shows, then keep pressing until recovery mode appears, after which restore through iTunes.
