Yes, it’s doable. You can back up your games before resetting and then restore them afterward. With 160GB of games, you’ll have plenty of space for a backup. Even with slow internet, downloading a restore file should be manageable.

Is your Steam library on the same partition as your operating system? If not, they should be secure. I also remember Windows Reset offered the chance to retain your personal files.

My Steam files are stored in Program Files (x86). It warns about removing apps and settings, but I'm not sure if my games are included.

The optimal approach is to transfer all desired files to another storage device. Restoring would keep files untouched unless they reside in system directories, which would exclude program files.
