Due to a huge mistake, I didn’t prepare the NVMe SSD before switching devices. All the data remains there, but I can’t reach Windows, the boot USB isn’t letting me reinstall.

You can start from another system (such as Linux on a USB drive, a fresh Windows installation, etc.) once the NVMe device is connected, and it will act as a backup drive. You can then retrieve files from it and customize its formatting to your liking.
