Begin by launching your start menu, then press SHIFT and click the Restart option. Maintain the press until the Windows logo appears. A menu will appear. Select advanced settings and boot from your device. You should see a partition named Ubuntu. Choose it, and you’ll be ready to start.

I'm uncertain about the outcome. On Windows 7 I'm unable to view anything on the Ubuntu partition.
