In the BIOS, under integrated devices, the internal network card is enabled with PXE support. PXE allows starting your computer without a local hard drive, using data from a remote server. Ensure the internal network card is set to only Enabled, not PXE. The display indicates it cannot locate a boot device. If you have a connected disk, try installing Windows on it.
