You're planning to upgrade your motherboard and reinstall Windows 10, then restore Microsoft Office. The idea that Office can only be installed once is a common misconception—most software allows reinstallation, though it may require a product key. Since you don’t have the disc but have a product key, you likely have the right to reinstall Office. Your main options are: use the key to reinstall from a backup, or contact Microsoft support for guidance on restoring Office with a valid key.

If it's linked to your Microsoft account, you're in the safe zone. Do you really need to install Windows New? I believe it can work without that, but only my opinion.

It isn't linked to my Microsoft account, so I must reinstall Windows. Otherwise, there could be driver issues that I don't want to face.

I’m not familiar with driver conflicts. But I’m unsure why they occur if the parts aren’t in stock.

I’m not familiar with the details, but altering the motherboard might lead to complications, so I’m reinstalling Windows. Your question isn’t about Windows itself, but rather about restoring Microsoft Office. Do you have the solution or a resource in mind?
