Restart the application to refresh the thumbnail cache.
I ran Win10Privacy on a fresh installation, just as I usually do, but I missed checking the setting that turns off the thumbnail cache. Now it doesn’t seem to function properly. I’ve explored all Windows Explorer options and registry tweaks that search engines suggest, but nothing helped. My only idea is to adjust the registry, though I’m not sure how. I’ve attached the log file for reference. W10Privacy.log
