Restart ten times without installing anything.
I just reinstalled Windows on my laptop with the built-in tool, everything seemed fine. I chose to delete my files, waited, and then returned to the login screen—there were no users listed. It seems the setup process was skipped. What should I try next?
Confirm the installation was successful or check if it reset to your previous login. Do you have a Microsoft account linked to this device? If you didn’t perform a complete reinstall but relied on a built-in method that wipes data, it might be tied to your Microsoft credentials.
You have two choices at your disposal. For a local account you can try bypassing security measures: (I'm updating the manual) Or you can reinstall Windows once more. This time I won't rely on "Delete my files" options—I'll create a bootable USB, perform a custom install, press Shift+F10, use diskpart, select the drive, clean it, refresh the screen, and then set up a new partition before installing.
