I repeatedly return after sleep mode and need to toggle manual OC, then go through Precision Boost steps. The BIOS has PBO enabled by default, which is confusing since it should be off. Comparing results in CPU-Z shows a big jump—single thread from ~4400 to 5100 on multi, and 634 on single after applying changes. My older i5-6600k from 2016 would achieve similar scores without constant background activity. It seems Ryzen Master keeps using the CPU heavily, possibly affecting screen flicker. Turning it off or adjusting settings might help.

If your BIOS already has your preferences set, removing the Ryzen master isn't necessary. For tracking performance, consider using HWInfo64 instead.

RM tends to restart in this way, which is typical. That previous message applies the same; you don’t have to interfere with RM if your BIOS settings are active.
