Currently, I'm utilizing an HDMI cable, and I can attempt using another HDMI cable. I may replace it with a DisplayPort cable (which I need to purchase first). The power supply unit is a Corsair RMX Series, RM750x, 750 Watt, 80+ Gold Certified, Fully Modular Power Supply; the previous one we returned was 650 Watt. I changed the HDMI cables, but the green screen issue persists.

Do you possess any alternative systems? If so, please verify the GPU. If the green screen persists, I suggest initiating an RMA.

I don't have any others, this is the only one that was custom built by my little brother. I think I'm going to contact AMD for a return, I don't have the retail box, but it hasn't been over a year yet so hopefully I can return it.
