I reside in India.

A popular app called OLX allows for the purchase of secondhand items. I was looking to acquire an assembled gaming computer and discovered two promising choices.

The initial configuration, priced at 35,000 rupees (approximately $492), includes a 22-inch monitor, which is appealing. Its specifications are as follows:
* Nvidia GTX 970 with 4GB of memory
* Intel i7 2600k processor clocked at 4.5GHz
* 8GB of RAM operating at 1600MHz
* 1.5GB solid-state drive (SSD)
* Cooler Master case
* 120GB SSD
* H80ti water cooling system
* Intel DZ68BC motherboard

The second build, costing 45,000 rupees (approximately $631), is also attractive. The seller states it has only been used for two weeks with minimal operation. Its specifications are:

Gaming PC (This unit is brand new)
This computer excels in various tasks including gaming, cryptocurrency mining, animation, visual effects, and video rendering. It can handle virtually any available game at 60 frames per second on ultra settings at 1080p resolution, and with high settings at 4K resolution.

* Graphics Card: Sapphire Limited Edition AMD Radeon RX 580 (8GB) with a Boost Clock of 1450 MHz – significantly superior to the GTX 1060 and competitive with the GTX 1070.
* Processor: AMD Ryzen 1600x, a 3rd generation Six-Core processor with 12 threads.
* Motherboard: MSI B450 motherboard featuring four RAM slots and support for overclocking up to 64GB of memory.
* RAM: 8 GB DDR4 RAM at 2600MHz, also capable of overclocking.
* Power Supply: VS650w Corsair power supply unit.
* Hard Drive: 500GB Seagate hard drive.
* Case: Features three fans—two in the front with RGB lighting and one standard fan in the rear (all 120mm).

Please advise which build you believe is superior.

The alternative to the power supply unit, Corsair VS series models are generally disappointing. The central processing unit, graphics card, and random access memory are superior in the second configuration, and the motherboard supports second-generation Ryzen processors should you choose to upgrade later.
