Seeking the optimal gaming experience free from issues, I believe I've located a promising version. The soup kitchen mission – previously affected by that particular bug – played flawlessly for me. Although I’m still in the early stages of my playthrough, I haven’t encountered any texture problems yet.
They announced enhancements to reflections in patch 1.08, and it appears they also eliminated the frustrating yellow discoloration that had caused considerable blur in either 1.08 or 1.09. The colors are now vibrant and crisp, even without utilizing the NyClix mod.

My preferred DLC experiences, ranked from best to worst, include Stones Unturned, Sign of the Times, and Faster Baby. However, Sign of the Times, which concludes with opportunities to remodel Sammy’s Bar, features a final mission called Lil Ernie that remains inaccessible for me.
I discovered that numerous other players encountered this same difficulty.
