Greetings, I’ve experienced a number of unusual issues with various games over the past few weeks. Specifically, in Watch Dogs 2 and Grand Theft Auto V, I’m seeing the sky rapidly flicker and flash. Additionally, I've encountered translucent circles or discs appearing on my screen while playing Minecraft – a problem I’ve temporarily resolved by disabling the Vignette, though I suspect it might be connected to the other problems. Notably, these issues are consistently occurring on two separate computers that differ significantly in their configurations. I’ve attempted a wide range of solutions for the flickering, including disabling G-Sync and V-Sync, adjusting graphical settings, changing resolutions and refresh rates, and even reinstalling Windows. I’m genuinely at a loss for what to do next, as it appears only a few other individuals have encountered this specific situation, with the GTA V problem having been mentioned sporadically. I would greatly appreciate any insight or potential solutions, especially considering that I haven’t yet tested all my games, meaning these problems could manifest in other titles as well.

Here’s an image illustrating the Minecraft rings I'm referring to:

My system specifications are:
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2080
CPU Ryzen 7 3700x
Mainboard: Asus x470-F

If your problem isn’t due to a faulty driver installation and your power supply units are adequate, it's advisable to examine the electrical outlet you’re utilizing. Experiment with a different outlet. If you possess the knowledge and equipment, use a multimeter to measure the voltage at the outlet and determine whether it’s unusually high, low, or unstable.

I’ll try that and see what happens; it’s certainly a fresh possibility. Thanks!
