Hello everyone.

Let me describe my computer configuration first.
I have an AMD A10 7860k processor running at 4.6 GHz with four cores, and I’m using 8GB of RAM at a speed of 1866MHz. My graphics card is an RX 560 with 4GB of memory.

Therefore, it’s clearly a modest gaming PC – not particularly weak, actually. Remarkably, it was sufficient for me to enjoy Grand Theft Auto V at high-ultra settings with a reasonable frame rate. It could handle other demanding titles too, such as The Witcher 3, Battlefield 1, No Man’s Sky, and Call of Duty: World War II.

Recently, Epic Games made GTA V free on their platform. I removed the pirated version and downloaded the official one from Epic Store. However, the game immediately runs at only 2 frames per second, and I can't even advance past the loading screen. The loading screen itself was so sluggish that my computer froze and displayed a black screen. Even when I was using an older Pentium Dual-Core processor, I’ve never encountered a system failing so severely while attempting to run a game.

I'm completely baffled by this issue and would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving it – a truly perplexing problem.

Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to achieve that yet. Moreover, various other games are not experiencing this problem; it’s specifically affecting Grand Theft Auto V.

Success! I’ve reinstalled the program. Oddly, the game exhibited sluggishness only during loading. Once gameplay commenced, performance improved significantly. I’m currently achieving a consistent 45-60 frames per second with the graphics set to High. Appreciate your assistance.
