Hello everyone, I recently purchased an RTX 2060 graphics card. Initially, when playing PUBG on maximum settings, I was achieving frame rates between 120 and 130. However, since yesterday, my frame rate has dropped to approximately 70-80 fps. I've performed a complete driver reinstallation, ensuring it was done correctly, and the game is installed on a new Samsung Evo 860 hard drive. Do you have any suggestions?

Previously, I observed that PUBG exhibited considerable instability. Its performance varied based on the selected map location and the number of participants within a match. Furthermore, it's advisable to assess your frame rate in other games as well. I believe the issue stems from PUBG itself, rather than the 2060 graphics card.

Previously, I observed that PUBG exhibited significant instability. The level of performance issues varied based on the chosen map location and the number of players participating in a match. To gauge your system’s performance, consider testing frame rates in other games as well. I believe PUBG itself is the source of the problem, rather than the 2060 graphics card.

Jesper Heidenberg Hansen:

Previously, I observed that PUBG exhibited significant instability. Performance varied based on the specific map being played and your location within it, alongside factors like player count in a match. I suggest running tests with your frames per second in other games to assess the situation. My belief is that PUBG itself is the root cause, not the 2060 graphics card.

Perhaps the issue lies with the game's code. I plan to investigate further (after my workday) by examining my frame rates across diverse maps and areas. I believe other games, such as Battlefield V with ray tracing enabled at medium settings, perform well, maintaining approximately 60 frames per second.
