Hello, I've been experiencing minor stuttering while playing Fortnite. I’m using a GeForce 1070 graphics card with 16GB of RAM, an Intel i7-8700 processor. I’ve attempted to modify Nvidia settings for performance and lowered my frame rate without success. Multi-threading is enabled in Fortnite, and VSync has been disabled, along with G-sync on my monitor. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated; it's incredibly frustrating.

A solid-state drive could be beneficial in this situation. Many games often access data on a traditional hard disk drive, and a sluggish HDD can result in pauses or interruptions.

Is there any component boosting its speed beyond normal limits? Have your software drivers been updated recently? Do you have a solid-state drive or a traditional hard disk drive?

The hard drive is utilizing the latest drivers, and overclocking is not enabled.

That’s strange about your hard drive; numerous games tend to lag when used with older drives.
