I recorded Task Manager usage with OBS during the freezing periods, and the data shows that my GPU utilization drops to 0% during these freezes. I’m unsure whether this is due to a lack of rendering activity or if it’s actually contributing to the problem. I've also completely reinstalled Windows, and unfortunately, the issue persists. I would prefer to avoid purchasing a new computer costing approximately $1500 to resolve this issue, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Monitor your processor and graphics card temperatures when these freezes occur. Furthermore, the reported video memory for the GTX 1070 is inaccurate; that graphics card actually possesses double the stated amount (8GB). Utilize GPU-Z to verify your graphics card’s specifications.
I initially made an incorrect assessment, but I’m now confident in my findings. After monitoring temperatures during the freezing periods, I observed that the CPU consistently remained between 55 and 60 degrees Celsius. The GPU temperature decreased from 82 to 74 degrees. I’m uncertain if the freezing events significantly impacted temperature readings, however, any guidance would be valuable. Both freezes lasted longer than usual this time. I haven’t yet performed testing, but it's possible they will increase in duration and frequency as the computer continues to operate.
