You're facing issues installing Windows 10 from a USB drive. The process seems to reset or fail when you pull the USB, and restarting doesn't always fix it. You've already tried changing the boot order to the SSD and skipping the key entry, but nothing has worked. Consider checking the USB connection, ensuring it's properly seated, and verifying the installation media is intact. If the problem persists, try a different USB drive or consult Windows support for further troubleshooting.

It seems like the problem might be related to the boot order or boot manager settings. Are you performing a clean installation or attempting an upgrade? Did you encounter any issues with other disks on the machine that had previous operating systems installed? For a clean install, please verify that the target drive is formatted and ensure any other drives were unplugged or properly formatted beforehand.

Adjusting this, The precise warning states "Windows could not complete the installation. To install Windows on this machine, restart the setup." This appears once the USB has finished its process after the reboot.

Usb is the main boot source. After saving, instruct it to start from usb and prevent further attempts to load it during a restart.

I also attempted various solutions. I resolved the problem some time back by using the pro version without a key and then moving to the education key. I wasn’t aware that an education key required a tailored install file or upgrade from the current version.
