I recently switched from an i9-10850k to a 7800X3D and the change with AMD has been challenging. My system keeps restarting frequently, even after logging in to Windows. The GPU temperatures are also elevated. My current setup includes a Zotac RTX 3090, NZXT X73, and a 1000W PSU. I’m using the AM4 socket, but I’m unsure if an AM5 adapter would help. The CPU temperatures are similarly high.

I meant to clarify what you're referring to by "bracket." Could you share more details? For example, are you talking about a specific component, a system setup, or something else? Also, let me know what information you need—temperatures, CPU cooler, or something else.

I added the CPU cooler nzxt x73, which comes with two bracket options: AM4 and AM5. When I purchased it, the AM5 bracket wasn<|pad|>, since it hadn’t been released yet. They suggest using the AM5 now, but I’m not sure if there’s a real distinction. In either case, my CPU idle temps sit between 60-70°C, while the liquid stays around 33°C. My GPU reads 55°C at idle, but the backplate feels excessively warm.

Is the nzxt pump connected to a different header than the CPU fan, and has the maximum speed been adjusted?
