There are three accounts on this PC—two admins and one regular user. The only account I’m familiar with is the standard one. One admin password was lost a long time ago, and another was changed yesterday by my brother. I’m wondering if it’s possible to reset the password for either admin account or convert the standard account into an admin role without knowing the current password. I’ve tried using password recovery tools, but they need the admin password to function. I also attempted to enable an admin account via the command prompt, but I need to run it as an administrator to avoid being blocked. PLEASE HELP! the issue is that we can't verify your legitimate ownership of the PC. once you gain physical access, you're in a position to manage the system, but for community reasons I'll direct you to online resources instead of explaining further.

As @manikyath noted, this comes across as sensitive and we can't confirm ownership of that machine. All I can say is Hiren's perspective. If you're a thief, it seems you might not understand the implications.

I successfully accessed the admin panel and enabled the other access administrator. Appreciate your assistance.

Because it's already been figured out, I'll share the details... yes, there are alternatives... the classic sticky keys method still functions in Windows 10.
