I had an old prebuilt hp pc nearby and thought about converting it into a gaming setup. Once completed, I plugged it in and the fans began spinning but I received no results. After resetting the CMOS, I still didn’t see anything. What should I do? I only changed the graphics card and PSU and moved everything into a new case. The motherboard is an MSI Jasmine.
