Hello, I'm facing a problem where 16.1 GB out of my 32 GB RAM is reserved for hardware. I've tried several solutions: confirmed 64-bit Windows 10, adjusted settings via msconfig, edited memory management with mcedit, updated the operating system, refreshed the BIOS, swapped in new RAM, and reset the BIOS to defaults. At this point, I'm running out of ideas and repetitive fixes keep appearing online. My current hardware list includes: Asrock B450M Steel Legend, Ryzen 7 2700X, Tforce 8GB RAM sticks (x4), and an ASUS TUF Gaming RTX 3070. I've used this configuration for about two years without issues, and the GPU was replaced on October 18, 2021 without any problems either.
