Hello, I'm working on setting up hardware encoding on Manjaro with Wayland. I managed to get software encoding functional, but hardware encoding is still an issue. There seems to be no proper VA-API profiles in the driver, which usually shows up when using vainfo from libva-utils. Have others encountered this problem, or am I facing it alone?

Manjaro removes patented codecs from Mesa, which contains H264. Your Options rebuild Mesa with enabled codecs by pulling in a third-party community source, https://nonfree.eu/. Use Flatpak or choose a distribution that includes these codecs.
