gigbyte b350 gaming 3 mobo Ryzen 5 1600 stock 1060 3gb 550 bronze evga pwr 4 x 4 gb patriout viper ram all matching my warzone starting to not load right. Ran MSC afterburner and discovered only 8GB was being pulled. Opened Task Manager, saw 16GB total, with 8GB reserved on hardware. Graph displayed x/8.0GB. Reinstalled Windows but it didn’t work. Checked msconfig, nothing changed. Found in BIOS that my mobo hasn’t been updated since launch and is still running Launch BIOS. I watched a video on updating it, but really just need a quick guide. I’m usually the one who fixes tech stuff, but I really need some help here.
Collect USB stick, erase and reformat to FAT32 via Gigabyte's website. Download the newest BIOS (version F51b). Extract the file onto your PC (not onto the stick). Insert AB350G3.51b into the USB drive. Power off the machine, connect the stick to a back USB port, restart and enter BIOS. Go to Q-Flash Menu, choose 'Update BIOS'. Select the USB drive, load the BIOS file. Wait for the flashing process. Completed.
