You're planning a dual-boot setup with Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. To remove the Windows 10 installation from your system, you'll need to identify which partitions correspond to each OS. Check your boot order in BIOS/UEFI and look at the partition labels—Windows 8.1 usually appears first, followed by Windows 10. You can also use disk management tools to see the partition details. Let me know if you need further guidance!

Looking for partitions in Windows 8, search for them and tap Create or Format Hard Drive Partitions. Locate your C drive, right-click and choose Shrink Volume—reduce by roughly 100 to 200 GB. Proceed through the wizard, then click on the unallocated space and name it however you like. When setting up in Windows Setup, pick the newly created partition with the desired size.

Create two partitions: one for Windows 8 and another for Windows 10. Install the operating systems on separate partitions so both can run simultaneously on the same machine.
