I've experienced a nighthawk AX12 for some time now, and everything was functioning well until recently. Over the past day, the Wi-Fi has been unstable—connected devices struggle to reach the internet, despite the router showing it's online. The wireless networks are broadcasting on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, but they don't establish a connection. After performing a factory reset on the router, the problem continues to occur occasionally. Additionally, the 5 GHz network isn't connecting even though it appears active. Could you assist me with this situation? I'm really confused.

No, I haven't checked the firmware yet. Would you like me to do it?

Check if the modem is part of the bridge setup. Plug in the landline and run a speed test on the router to see performance.

Upstream device details: Make and model not specified in provided data. If connected via AX12 Ethernet ports, connection stability appears consistent. Current WiFi configuration is unknown; recommend using Net Analyzer or similar scanner for a wireless survey. Capture spectrum images for both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands.
