Hello
What wattage do you suggest for an older setup with these details?
giga E8500
9300 GT graphic card
4GB ram 1333
How much power does it use when running at full capacity?
Is 300 watts sufficient for this system?
Thank you

No graphics card? Just the IGP from the CPU?

Oh sure. 300w would be enough. A 65w cpu and 50w gpu, plus another 100w for the rest. Accounting for some error, if the psu is reliable, 300w should be fine.
I should ask though—does the psu match the age of the rest of the system? It might need replacing just because it's old.
Do you have the psu model ready, or are you planning to purchase one?

50 watts maximum on the GPU; 65 tdp for the CPU
possibly around 250 total
But...you might struggle to find a decent PSU with 300 or 350 watts
ignoring the age of the PSU. Or the limited room for future upgrades. Or the level of risk you're comfortable with.

i searched for a 350w psu but found only very expensive options. i ended up getting a 650w one mainly because of the price.
i have a 5600gt cpu, a single m.2 drive, and nothing else. the psu is 650w. lol

If you possess any independent information suggesting it meets acceptable standards, proceed accordingly. The brand remains unrecognized in the United States. It likely represents a rebranded PSU manufactured by an entity in China, with primary distribution across Asia.

if that's your sole choice, I'd opt for the 400w model. keep in mind that the 300w version only delivers 276w on the 12v rail. the 400w unit provides at least over 350w, which would help prevent the PSU from operating near its maximum capacity. do you have an online shop where we can explore the options and confirm availability? I'm not familiar with this PSU, so I don't know if it's reliable.
