It seems the issue is resolved now. The current speed of 54C in Warzone indicates the previous settings weren't the cause.

Ensure the system operates beyond 100% load stress tests, where it automatically throttles. During player warzone conditions, it runs at full capacity with optimized settings. Adaptive mode remains enabled, preventing forced values during testing to avoid damage.

Your device likely tweaks certain background features when you change a setting, and it stops adjusting automatically after you lower the volume or make other changes. Using predefined profiles might help maintain consistency.

Initial voltage matches your output voltage target. Around 1.250v (possibly higher; check your screen shots for details or the problem may be obvious). If XMP is active, certain voltages will be boosted by the board until you adjust them manually. At stock level, C-states can be used, typically turned off when OC is engaged. H212 is a bit overrated, performs better than stock but not ideal for 140W+.

I don’t own a 4790K, though I did struggle to maintain a 3770K at 4300 with stock volts cool on a 212 Evo, especially with a lot of case flow. For my load I rely on Linpack Xtreme.
