I've noticed many people use 99% isopropyl alcohol to clean their PC parts. I wondered if it's possible to clean the motherboard slots, like the PCIe, RAM slots, and other connectors, using Q-tips soaked in isopropyl... Let me know ahead of time.

I wouldn't. Doing that might cause the dust to stick together in the slot and make the problem worse. For better results, just use a can of compressed air to clear the slots.

You're welcome, but are there other more affordable options since those items are quite costly in your location?

They'll warn you about the dampness, but your lungs will still function. Just remember not to accidentally drop something on the board. (It won't be the worst outcome.)
