Hello, the issue I'm facing involves a minor microstutter or visual glitch. It appears across all applications on Windows, but it's especially visible in my browser (Brave) while scrolling or navigating quickly in games. Sometimes it resembles the Blur Busters demo. https://www.testufo.com/stutter#demo=mic...00&pps=720 It seems like a fresh setup at this stage—everything except the case, fans, and displays is updated. The system runs a MoBo overclock preset with an XMP profile, but results remain unchanged. CPU temperatures stay very stable (30°C idle – 75°C load) and GPU temps are consistent (50°C idle – 80°C load).

Specific details:
- Operating system: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit MOBO
- Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X Cooler
- RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro SL 32GB (2x16GB)
- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
- Power supply: Corsair HX850 (850W)
- Storage: Samsung SSD 980 Pro 1TB
- Displays: Acer ED273 A (144Hz), BENQ XL270Z (144Hz)
- Keyboard: Corsair K70 RGB
- Mouse: Logitech G PRO X SUPERLIGHT
- Audio: Fiio E10K DAC, Audio Technica M50X, NZXT H440 BIOS
- BIOS version: 7C56v1B1

Troubleshooting steps so far:
- Installed Windows 10 from installation media (twice)
- Used DDU to remove all audio and graphics drivers, then reinstalled with latest versions
- Updated all drivers (including chipset, graphics, and motherboard)
- Removed Nvidia GeForce Experience
- Applied Bcdedit fixes (e.g., dynamictick)
- Disabled Xbox Game DVR
- Tested numerous settings in NVCP
- Updated BIOS to current version
- Turned off HPET
- Used three different monitors with various refresh rates and connections
- Switched PSUs from 650W to 850W
- Tested three GPUs (970, 1080, 3070)
- Tried multiple RAM configurations
- Verified mouse settings (polling rate, DPI, acceleration) are correct
- Monitored frame time with RivaTuner – stable readings

Possible cause: A monitor capture during a CSGO match might have triggered the issue.

Checking the frequency and seeing if they run at that speed. Your description seems to point toward VSync issues or a monitor dropping frames. I also noticed you couldn’t view anything because it was recorded at 30fps while outputting 144hz. Don’t do that—it’s not from 2009.

RAM operates at 3600mhz as expected. I've explored all vsync settings and gsync options, but neither resolved the issue. HPET's note helped filter out less helpful advice—thanks for pointing that out. I mentioned testing three different monitors, so frame drops aren't my concern either.
