Recently, I attempted to play certain games (Vermintide 2, Divinity 2 and Apex Legends) and noticed a significant drop in performance. Where they previously maintained a steady 50-60fps, now they operate at less than half that speed, no matter the adjustments I make. Vermintide is now running at just 15fps whenever I'm not directly facing the floor or wall (it used to run smoothly during hordes, but now I experience under 10fps simply by moving around the lobby). Divinity 2, which I've been playing more often, now only achieves a solid 60fps consistently, but only provides 30fps or less at any time (regardless of settings). Apex is also completely unplayable, even with different settings.

When I say "regardless of settings," I mean that in each game, I've lowered the settings to the lowest possible and haven't seen any meaningful improvement in fps. I want to be clear that these games previously ran well at medium-high settings as well, so this situation is quite unusual and I'm struggling to understand what's happening.

Other titles like Titanfall 2, Risk of Rain 2 and Genshin Impact are running just as smoothly as before, which leads me to suspect my hardware isn't the issue.

My specifications:
- Ryzen 2600 CPU
- RX 5500 XT 4GB GPU
- 16GB 2400Mhz RAM

I've tried various fixes so far:
- Verified file integrity for each game
- Reinstalled GPU drivers
- Reinstalled Windows
- Checked temperatures during gameplay (normal)
- Inspected part utilization while running games (normal)
- Ran System file checker on both drives
- Performed CHKDSK on both drives
- Defragmented both drives
- Reinstalled all relevant games
- Rebooted the PC multiple times (over 15 times)
- Scanned for malware
- Prayed

So far, nothing has resolved the issue, and I'm unsure what else to try or what to look for next. The only change I made recently was updating my GPU driver, but that didn't have any effect before.
