Hi,
I've experienced the same BSOD for months now. It began occasionally but has become much more frequent, occurring each time I put the PC to sleep and try to restart it. The PC immediately blue screens upon waking and then restarts. I also noticed occasional hangs during POST, requiring a forced restart by holding the power button.

I searched online and found a minidump, but I'm unsure how to interpret it or proceed further. I've attached the minidump after analyzing it for someone who can assist.

The issue appears only when waking from sleep. All components have been tested, and no problems were found before. Recently, I replaced the GPU with a 4060Ti and noticed the issues. I've updated all drivers and BIOS to the latest versions and switched the Windows power plan to performance.

Here is the link to the minidumps:
Minidumps
Any help would be greatly appreciated—I have university work and research tabs that close when the PC is put to sleep and restarted (BSOD on wake-up).

PC: 7800X3D - 32GB 6000 CL30 - 4060Ti - Asus Crosshair x670E

Are your motherboard's BIOS settings current? Have you installed the latest chipset drivers from AMD, as listed on their website?

Hi,
I updated all drivers from the ASUS motherboard page, the chipset from the AMD site, DDU, and performed a clean GPU driver install from NVIDIA’s site, along with the latest BIOS. The blue screen persists when waking from sleep. After analyzing one of the minidump files, I found the following details:
SYMBOL_NAME: pci!ExpressSwitchUpdateLinkLatency+11f
MODULE_NAME: pci
IMAGE_NAME: pci.sys
IMAGE_VERSION: 10.0.19041.5789
STACK_COMMAND: .cxr 0xfffffb8bca9c5e40 ; kb
BUCKET_ID_FUNC_OFFSET: 11f
FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: AV_pci!ExpressSwitchUpdateLinkLatency
OSPLATFORM_TYPE: x64
OSNAME: Windows 10
FAILURE_ID_HASH: {7e259fe8-8750-4604-2aa6-c5ef686562cc}
I’m unsure what this error means and can’t locate a clear explanation online.

Did you execute DISM and SFC to verify the system's health?

Hi,
Everything is working properly now. I restarted after each attempt just to verify, but the blue screens continue to appear. I've turned off any power-saving settings for the GPU and the PC overall.

Your current power configurations seem to be contributing to this problem. When you apply a single stock profile—either balanced or performance—without any adjustments, does the issue resolve?

Hi,
I switched to the performance profile since the default caused the BSOD. It doesn’t seem to matter whether it’s balanced or performance mode. I’m still experiencing the same BSOD after waking from sleep.

Check if any components like CPU, GPU, or RAM are being overclocked.

Hi,
Have only PBO enabled, everything has run perfectly until I changed the GPU to a 4060ti. No ram or GPU oc. The gpu seems to not cause any issues when put into a different system so I doubt that it's the issue, but I could be wrong. PBO on cpu has not caused any issues and has worked with my old gpu fine for over a year, only now with this new gpu I get these BSOD. I have noticed that the USB peripherals sometimes disconnect, or the network adapter doesnt work until I restart the system and then everything works fine again. I was told its something on the PCI bus thats causing the issue but that was the extent of the information I was given.

Restart your motherboard BIOS to its original settings. Disable PBO and XMP/EXPO profiles. Will this affect performance?
