I usually change my temporary internet folder to any location I prefer during setup. In the control panel, Internet options, under Browser History, I set the general tab and click settings. I select "never" for newer versions of stored pages but Windows 7 always returns to auto without letting me pick a different option. XP and Vista handle it fine. It forces me to choose 0 for disk space, making it unlimited. When I click move folder, Windows Explorer crashes instantly, stopping me from finishing the process. Does this occur with everyone on Windows 7? The Apply button remains grayed out, preventing finalization before the crash. Any advice?

Using an authentic Windows 7 version with a fresh installation is smooth and functions well for me.
